  6. Pretty wrong with Devi. Many Hindu women usually use that as suffix to the name, like Mrs or Madam (basically means goddess). So Michelle Madam will be like Michelle Devi. A small percentage uses Devi as proper surname though.

  7. In Slovakia, the most common name is Horváth (which comes from word "Croatian", have no idea why this is the most common name)
    Second one is Kovac, which, translated into English, means "Smith" :)
    Third one is Varga (in map shown as most used), which comes from hungarian word for shoemaker.
